Pat, You may want to reconsider that switch to DSL. The pros are the telco QoS. The cons are lower speed. You can check out your modem speed on Speedus.com. Freebie. I was getting 3 meg with my cable modem until Time Warner "upgraded" their service. The upgrade consisted of a choke on the baud rate. I'm now at 1 to 1.5 meg. Jack
