AOL's commercials are far better than Att/ATHM's. Why bother comparing AOL's commercials with ATHM's? According to you, they don't compete. After all compensation should be based on how your competitors are doing because the loyal employees will leave and go to the enemy if the pay is higher. You previously posted that @Home doesn't compete with AOL: Message 14100381 As did Solid: Message 14102944 So who are the competitors / enemy that you refer? What a week! First Comcast takes my advice and moves forward on self-installs and now you acknowledge (albeit indirectly, which is as close as you ever come to saying anything concrete) that I am correct and that AOL is a competitor of @Home.
