vacuum evaporated at 106 torr and 7A That would be interesting <g>. We were playing around with using laser atomic absorption for monitoring deposition rates at one time. The guys at New Focus supposedly had a mirror that would reflect a parallel beam back from differing incident angles. I never did figure out how they did that. I couldn't find it on their website, though. JF
