Average Aug. to July Ratio = 0.948

Expected Aug. 2000 BtB (based on July = 1.23) is 1.166

Actual August 2000 BtB is 1.24 or 6.4% higher than expected from the previous 5 year average .

The B2B number for August 2000 is just fine.
