I find no fault with your balance sheet. So tell me, do you think WCOM must have wireless infrastructure and, if so, how high should they be willing to pay for it.

I will tell you in advance that I'm not sure the advantage of owning the wireless infrastructure meets the cost of buying it. I think they might be better off enhancing the strategic infrastructure they have.
