I'm just hypothesizing, but I believe folks want to get a head start on an OCT run; I'm gun shy even at these levels, in part because I'm very overweighted in telecom already. If not, I'd be a buyer here again, postulating the turn has begun. However, we may need to see a Capitulation catalyst before we have clear sailing. As you guys know, SCBernstein trying to bring down the equip providers beginning today. Expect Penquins in that endeavor.
