Hi Tom-

There's always Captool <http://www.captools.com>. I just checked the manual and it says you can import data from other programs, but I suspect you need to check with someone there to confirm your exact file format. When I looked at the Import command it looked like it handled ASCII files. I suspect if you were to do a Save As... to a .csv file from Lotus you could end up with something Captool would digest.

I'll send you a .gif of the menu so you can decide if you want to bother poking at it.
