Well I was looking for some type of pattern. I couldn't grab enough current information verses the historical. Since October is historically a down month, I thought maybe something would jump out and grab me. The Advance/Decline ratio seamed to be at least one small piece of the puzzle. Keep in mind that I only reviewed 1999, and I know that alone could get me in trouble.

What I wanted to know was how many more buys could I make in this downward trend for my core holdings before the Dry powder was exhausted. I came up with three. Like you said earlier today. I'm comfortable with that...
