Hi Tom, we had a real brain stretcher tonight for a meeting. But we need some help on the IW indicator. We are confused with our storage of dry powder? How can we be fully invested in our holdings with the IW around 50%? We fully understand that a new account would accomadate this range. But an existing account would be at the wire...
