Charlie shows you climax buying or selling in certain time frames... anything above 50-60 usually means the stock well reverse from where ever it is..up or down... i do not like the look of this fizzled after lunch rally...coming into the 3.00 pm reversal period here... we'll see... it;s called directional movement charlie on QCharts...
