kurt,,,i'd suggest going thru all the posts,,,there are pro/cons...a no frills approach, yet very ez to use platform.
my trading habits have changed, averaging in, typically involved with more stocks and less shares,,,the unibomber lurks too much these days and takes absolutely no prisoners...therefore, the savings are something else...
sticking with liquidity is the key,,,and i mean highly liquid...
I will no longer trade the tmwd's, mrvc's, inrg's thru IB for now....perhaps I will go thru the posts as well for brushup and find best preferencing methods,,,I have found isld to be most efficient...best execution has yet to perform to my standards...

of the multitude of on-line services tried, i find Datek to be the most reliable with fills, liquidity not really an issue,,,generally speaking. |
