That's one of those stories that makes the rounds every few years but no one has ever proven it true.

Last time I heard it, a girl pleasured herself with a branch she found near a stream. A few weeks later she was extremely ill with stomach problems, and wound up dying. The autopsy proved conclusively that over 10,000 leeches had hatched inside her because of the perfect heat and PH balance they survived and ate her inside out, sucking out blood and nutrients.
