Here is what to expect from the Pentium 4 and its 400MHz FSB with 3.2GB/s bandwidth PC600/PC700 parts = 2.4GB/s PC800 parts = 3.2GB/s (33.33% boost) Great prices! The RDRAM prices are coming down much faster than even I expected (predicted). I also think that the dual channel P4 with PC600 memory and 2.4GB/s, will find a nice niche with those budget minded people who will be looking for a P4.
