I noticed you completely ignored the statistics. With all of the folks going to jail in Texas, including a tremendous imbalance of incarceration of non-violent crime offenders against the national average, the crime rate in Texas dipped only five percent, compared to the state of New York where the rate dipped 21 percent.

Go back and read the statistics I cited. Don't you think something's wrong?
