SF: the new rule gives investor/trader equal rights as any other analyst...BUT how do we get it in realtime... in other word we have to subscribe to services or hoping that
YAHOO, CBSMArketwatch or some free financial services broadcast these in real time ... We then need to set alert
on ticker ... A lot of work ahead of us to make full use of this rule
