Get fully invested, a big run will come on Bush Expectations, for providing up to 1/6th of SSI money to people for making Investments. That amount of money is in the multi billions folks and that will ultimately reinforce what I've been saying all along. The Market is Supply and demand and Supply will shrink rapidly in the face of this $.
