Well, the Fiber Optic sector was the last tree remaining for the institutions to hack at, and they all came running with their brand new STIHL 6ft blade chain saws, fueled by nitrose oxide! LOL! No more than a game of purging inventory. Every business TRIes to do it, but only the institutions are VIRtually 100% successful at it, year in and year out! KM
