09:24 ET Intel (INTC) 45: Lehman analyst Dan Niles says that while he does not expect Intel to lower guidance in its webcast today, his estimates are lower than the Street's and he believes that guidance will be in line with his numbers; subtle implication is that Street numbers are too high relative to Intel's prior guidance and may have to come down after today's call.
