Jim, do you think Bush will concede to Gore if after the further recounts in Florida, and the mail in votes, Gore is ahead by say, one vote? Or perhaps because of this mess in Florida, some court will suggest that Florida's Electoral College votes be divided 12 for Gore, 13 for Bush. Wonder if that will satisfy the Bush people, or if they'll then want to pursue this in the courts. And what do you think? Even if they settle this next week, will the techs rebound any time soon if this economy is truly slowing down? I see Stochastic on the Nasdaq signalling a sell.
