The vote is simply too close for any concession. Why concede if you haven't lost yet.

Isn't it rather ironic though that the most technologically advanced country in the world, except for perhaps Sweden, would try to decide a multi-billion dollar job placement using antiquated machinery or a hand count of paper ballots, where a less that 1,000 vote majority has a 16,000 vote margin for error?

However many times the count is taken, the electoral votes are the ones signed and sealed by the Governor and sent to the House for count. If Florida can't decide, their votes will be lost.
