Crazy isn't it? A close vote waiting on overseas ballots holding up the nation, while the spectre of fraud rears its ugly head. ONLY in Palm Beach did this "double punch" error happen ONLY in the Gore-Bush-Buchanan selection. (In a truly random "error," the mistakes happen in every race, all at about the same rate.
