if i understand her strategy correctly, she does not believe in buying on the breakout,,rather to buy the confimring pullback off support...buy low sell high type strategy... cup and handle patterns are represenative of breakout development, more of buy high, sell higher...Mr.IBD himself... bobby bulla (I like the dude, he's cool)...
