BPI just received clearance from CDNX, to raise some CDN$3mm, through a debenture paying 10% and a warrant for one share at $1.50.
It could be that with rather flat revenues and a slumping stock price, they are low on cash and need this to get through the next year.

If it drops much further and things in e-commerce show some strength, BPI could be one of the better buys in the tech stock market in Canada.
