The usual in Chicago is at least 2 SE Nemer ..box 13 from NE Tx shows original count of yea 1, nay 0 ... however, due to the closeness of the vote a manual recount was mandated due to the Texas Constitution ...and the result from hand count final was yea 202, nay minus 3 Carolyn - me too
