AIQ is a technical analysis package that has various modules. Its Expert Design Studio is module where one can design scans that meet your own criteria. They now have an Options Expert module, there is a reports module where you get reports based on built in criteria such as moving average crossover, point and figure breakout, etc. You can use its charting module real time for the market and I find it to be very complete.
