If it doesn't go up before 10 it may go down by 11... but then again if it does in fact go down by 10 it could yet see an upside by 11.... notwithstanding the fact that most may predict an upside before a downside.... I am willing to suggest that a downside could easily be seen between upsides if it doesn't retrace... and perhaps go down again before it goes back up. The presidential election could however have some influence on it.. that is however if you discount the interest rate fears. You, like most beginners , are full of shit! Now you can write your scathing response to prove it!
