Actually under FL golf rules, Katherine Harris has sole authority to certify your scorecard. And, if she feels like it (especially if she thinks an ambassadorship is on the line), she may say: "Sorry, (ha ha) your round took too long, so I'm certifying your score (ha ha ha) as of five years ago when you still shanked your drives into the woods.
