The democrats say ten thousands ballots were not counted. That is a lie. These votes were counted and found to be under votes. The democrats say that all the votes were not counted and only want to recount selective democratic counties where undervotes occured in all counties. The democrats say count dimple as the Illionois court case shows a judge who decided an election on dimpled ballots. In this case 19 of 26 ballots with dimples that were not punched through were not counted. Only machine unreadable ballot with a clear hole through the ballot were counted. This is a far more restrictive legal standand than than used on Palm Beach and Broward county. This is the only, I believe case sited in the recent Florida Supreme Court decision concerning counting dimples. Democrat say that in Texas that a manual recount counts chad dimples. In Texas counting dimples is only allowed if all parties agree to a manual recount and thus by accepting the recount acknoledge they both accept dimples as votes.
