Are you suggesting that INTC doesn't know as much as you as of today when they issued the CAPEX forecast? Just compare their revenue forecast from a month ago to today's release to draw your own conclusions about their forecasting ability. It's even simpler than that -- what did they forecast for this year compare to the actual $6B?
