Jim, markets look weak & confused here, retail sales are in the toilet, UPS is even slower than usual, no indications of a sustained advance, or any advance in the near future. Triple witch on Friday. Short is sweet....today anyway. BTW, the market has been adjusting rates down for some time, run a graph on the TYX...was painting 6 a few months ago
