Message 15046427 Note particularly this: That is why the stock declined so much yesterday. It was not the $275mm. It was a new doubt in many people's minds that the full and complete disclosure that had always been CSCO's practice would no longer be quite so full or complete. CSCO has always been aggressive in its accounting--legal but aggressive. They got a break from the investment community because they had always been very open. This was an indication that they might not be so open in the future.
