Hi Bud, Last April the 2X NDX fund I use with my alumni group started the month at around the 50% level. It still ran out of cash! For the next round I'll keep the Buy Resistance set at 20% with the Sell Resistance at 0.0% and keep the Cash Reserve in sync with the Idiot Wave (once it actually triggers a Sale!).
