P.M.F: Currently, global conditions determine the constraints for the market as a whole.

The NAZ 100 has a curent P/E 0f over 65.

The Index had got ahead of the traditional valuation of 1/5 of the DJIA. At current values, the NAZ would have to come down to the 1850 level. That might occur between Feb and April of this year.

Do you have a convincing reason why the QQQ P/E should be at 65.? If you accept there is going to be some more pain, it is unlikely that WCOM would be at the $30 level by mid year.

At best it may make the 25 mark by June.
