kmax, as the previous poster stated, this situation has now been resolved and all required quarterly reports and financials have now been filed by the company.

This situation was unfortunate, but I don't believe it reflects on the company at all. It is a very common occurrence to be listed as a delinquent filer by the BC Securities Commission (I have seen some very big and recognizable names on that list from time to time), literally hundreds of companies appear at any given time on the published weekly list.

What I don't particularly care for is that news services, such as Canada StockWatch, pick up on these notices and report them, but they NEVER follow up and report when the delinquency has been cleared. The only way you can know when a company has cleared their delinquency is to check the weekly list and see that they have been removed.

To confirm that EV has met their obligations you can review the current weekly listing and see that Erin is no longer reported on the list ....
