JIM: AKS: Good up-move in the last 15 minutes of trading today.It closed above the Jan.5 H.It seems the next hurdle is the Dec.8 H at 10 3/16. If it can get over that and the resistance from early Aug. at the 11 3/8 level, then it seems to me it could get back to the 16 level, which is from where it dropped last January. The insiders hold 75% and the institutions also have a large position and have reportedly been buying lately. There is a good short position ( about 9% of the float)and it is selling below book and at 0.21 of sales. It looks good to me, and am planning on buying tomorrow. What do you think ? RAGL Bernard
