Starfire Minerals Inc - Acquisition Starfire acquires option on Ontario mining claim Starfire Minerals Inc SFR Shares issued 8,100,000 2001-01-16 close $0.11 Wednesday Jan 17 2001 Acquisition The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Nov. 27, 2000, between Starfire Minerals Inc. and Paul David, Yvon Collin and John Grant (the optionors), whereby the company can earn up to a 100-per-cent interest in one mineral claim located in Eldorado township, Porcupine mining division in Ontario. The consideration is $2,000 cash and 75,000 shares, subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty in favour of the optionors, 1-per-cent of which may be purchased by the company for a cash payment of $1-million.
