STARFIRE MINERALS INC. ("SFR-V") - Properly Acquisition
Starfire Minerals inc. (the Company) announces the acquisition of the Triple Crown property, Eldorado Township, Ontario on the following terms: $2,000.00 cash plus 75,000 shares on approval plus a 2% NSR of which 1% may be bought back by Starfire for $1,000,000.

The Triple Crown property is located within 3 kilometres of both the Redstone Mine and the Hart Deposit. There are three untested magnetic anomalies with associated EM conductors within the claim boundaries of the Triple Crown property. The characteristics of the anomalies are strikingly similar to those observed over the Redstone Mine and may represent massive and disseminated Ni-Cu-PGM mineralization associated with moderately thin peridolitic komatiite flows.

Outokumpu Mines Limited flew a regional airborne survey over the property and all of the deposits within the Shaw Dome, identifying the three untested anomalies (1996 Outokumpu Mines Ltd.: regional airborne mag and HLEM over Shaw Dome).

The above transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Starfire Minerals Inc. is currently conducting due diligence on other Ontario properties of merit with a view of possible acquisition. TEL: (604) 623-3101 Michael Caron, President and Director FAX: (604) 623-3109
