Starfire Minerals Inc - News Release Starfire executes option agreement Starfire Minerals Inc SFR Shares issued 8,100,000 2001-01-23 close $0.15 Wednesday Jan 24 2001 News Release Mr. Boyce Butler reports The company has executed an option agreement with four individuals to acquire the Langmuir South mineral property which consists of four claims (640 acres) and which is located approximately 12 kilometres southeast of Timmins, Ont., in consideration for which the company will pay to the optionors $5,000 cash, issue 160,000 common shares and pay a 2-per-cent net smelter royalty with a 1-per-cent buyback at $1-million.
