JIM: Still trying to do some "bottom fishing", which so far has been quite productive, may be because of the "January effect". Planning on buying ECIN at 1 3/8 to 1 1/2 level.( If the general market cooperates). Still watching the situation in California, which could cause some "domino effect" to the economy and the market.( The stakes seem pretty high as far as the amount of money involved and the energy demand should be increasing even more in the near term.) What do you think ? RAGL Bernard
