Bernie, we agree with your wisdom of learning by doing as well as learning by making mistakes. We are new to this AIM investment process,rereading parts of Lichello's book, and learning while using the simulator available via the free trial from Automatic Investor software. You obviously have experience with the Newport software. Are there benefits for the "newbies" to use that resource, keeping in mind the emphasis on experiencing/learning the basics? Have you, or others, had experiences with all three software resources (AIM, NEWPORT, PCA)that you would be willing to share with us new "students"? I reviewed all the posts on this board and didn't find anything. We like the AIM product but don't know what we don't know about the other two who do not offer (apparently) a free trial.
