Thanks Mark, I appreciate your quick and answers. As I am very new at this and only familiar with the Automatic Investor software at this point, my recommendation would be the same as in #14531 reply. "I would have preferred to print the AIM historical analysis as it appears on the screen with all nine columns. I would very much like to review it again and again as you stated. However, when saving it to file and printing, the result is a text version without the important portfolio control number. I wish this printed out like the IBM example but with all the columns. That would be great for us "new learner" types." Having the printed version be an exact duplicate of the Historical Data Analysis would be terrific. Mark, please keep in mind, we appreciate your efforts in developing an outstanding product and your "openness" to comments and ideas from the customers/users. Your glass is more than half full and you should be proud of that!! Jack
