Thank you for excellent summary.

One more practical thing I would like to add to conversation.
Now and then discussion sparkles about intuitive feel for the stock movement. One of the questions frequently asked and extremely hard to answer is: what this feel looks like, how to recognize it etc. It seems to be one of those things that you can recognize but can not describe to others. Well, I stumbled across exercise that allows to get a taste of it.
Put three balloons in the air pushing them upward. From this moment your task is to not let any of them hit the floor. You find yourself in a state where you react on their movements with no thinking and analyzing. Eyes see, body reacts. When you stabilize situation and keep them under control, you are in the zone. Try to remember this feeling of "no thoughts, just flow". This is very close to what trader experiences when he is in the zone.
