On the "stupid bank tricks" theme, did you see the BAC downgrade today by UBS Warburg? Geewiz, I thought that was the hot sector? Of course, the UBS means Union Bank of Switzerland, they (Swiss) are a little more prudent and have a good grasp of economic reality. Heavy money seems to be flowing into the bio-sector, on the rotation. There is a bio conference in NYC coming up. SOC, $53 to zero in just 3 years. Chainsaw Al did a nice job for them! A short almost as good as some of the net-wrecks..it only took 7 months for INSP, the owner of s/i, to go from $53 to 3.75...I wonder if s/i will survive?
