JIM: Take a look at UHCP, although their name is mainly related to their beef products sales to grocery stores, they have two subsidiaries with a combined 30,000 acres of oil and gas interest in Texas and New Mexico. The average volume is low (around 5,000 shares) but recently there have been 20,000 and 30,000 days all in the "up-side", they are still selling below book and it looks ready to test the Jan. H at 2 3/8 Bernard
