Pull up a chair....let me pour....that looks a little heavy.... Gracie's our 6 month old Shepherd pup. Looks just like her Daddy.....big and black....sort of "nosey"....and a gentle kisser unlike her Momma who comes at you with her mouth wide open....those teeth hurt even when they are loving you. Well, the other day....the Nebster wondered around while we were sitting reading and in a blink.....sniffed the hot glass on the wood burning stove....The stove is sitting in the library fireplace spot....very warm....cozy....the glass....maybe oh.....800*....... Well, I yelled...BooBoo!...as fast as I could....booboo being a key puppy warning word that says "what you are about to do is not going to leave a fun impression....." Too late...the yip was proof the temp was up..... Dogs move fast when they think their noses are on fire....sort of like chasing you tail but not caring at this point if you have a tail or not.... Funny how they still look happy when they are in pain....and as long as they know your going to be there....that's all that matters.... Aloe...aloe.......anybody home.....heheheeeee! Yeps....to the aloe......natures numbah ONE .....burn med. So far, nose is still black and shining....seems to work....stove and dog are not friends any more...but that's ok....and I got to be......... ShootieVetfromtheBSBar&Grill and that's the truth.
