Headaches? Doctors today have to deal with insurance companies, who have all sorts of requirements and often don't understand the procedure. Then you have to appeal it. Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork. Medicine is a pleasure when you treat the patient - which is why they went to medical school to begin with - not deal with the insurance companies. And long years of expensive medical school, with the reward being the above. Many do not feel it is worth it.
