Most communities adhere to a 14' level except the real old ones like in Bayonne,NJ <-- my last run in with wires,
on a Saturday, when all the kids were watching the cartoons and wouldnt you know it the cable hung on a bit too long and broke- I had to deal with upset Italian moms in housecoats and mad Ruerto Ricans that eventhough I didnt understand I kinda new what they were saying. LOL!
they made sure the cop came and I didnt move eventhough the house we were going was just 10 doors down and they were mad we couldnt and the cop comes and yells DONT TOUCH THE WIRE and he's gonna call the fire department and I pick it up and says "see its cable" just ask the Italian moms in housecoats, they will have to talk to their kids now instead of letting the TV babysit them.

I never liked the idea that the Mississippi river was higher than the communities around it. I was there when Hurricane Andrew came thru. Thats a funny story-
my first hurrican-party. Ever have one?
