Ish, I think it was back in the 70s that a relative from Texas, bought a hog farm like that in Kansas, and let one of my cousins, who farms wheat up there, look after it. I don't know what all happened, but he was out of that operation some time during the second year. I don't know all the details, but he was not a happy camper.
