Ever eat that yellow crab thats down on the coast in that 'crook' of the panhandle S of Tallahasee to around Panama City, it rivals Alaskan King crab for flavor. Herb ran one of those 'fly to around the world in 24hr seafood plants" and was getting all kinds of fish, sword and these crabs, visiting him was always a good meal and fell in love with swordfish seafood dip that they made. Love the conch fritters too. I could of trucked for him except I hate the summers down there and he would of been my boss. That a long way from one end of Florida to the other.
