Ouch! Too bad.Total a Saab is a feat. Always first glad no one got hurt. Just lousy confluence of weather and judgement. And it was parked.

I haul cars too. And if you are a Canadian returning and bought a US car there are fees and tarifs incurred. The engineer living in Birmingham,AL bought an older Saab station wagon and when crossing the border destined to Vancouver, BC customs told him there was an additional charge for no vehicle inspection that it might be an UN-safe vehicle, and that finally got to him (the whole border process is a bit stressful) and he (mildly) exploded:
"BUT ITS A SAAB!unsafe!ITS A SAAB!"
The lady didn't even blink just waiting for more money. And needing that piece of paper stamped, paid.
Meanwhile the wife (and I told her to make a separate list of every major item and a cost basis back in Alabama) was going over my inventory and putting in dollar (Cdn) amounts and they had 3 kids worth and lots of stuff, another trying experience.
-------------bought XLK @ 28.50

What is the suicidal bambi story? Those pretty little critters sure have bad timing too. One BIG one took out my oil cooler on detroit diesel motor- another hard feat.
I am amazed at a few seconds changes entire lifetimes and plans, that space and time thing.
So you've been looking at spa's and swimming holes, must be getting cabin-fever. Gotta run
